Tips on Carving

When carving your own rubber stamps you need to plan ahead. Which areas do you want to be raised when you ink it up? For example, if you're carving a flower don't forget to leave some small circles in the centre for stamens etc. Start by tracing your idea on paper and transferring it onto the eraser first.
