Shrink plastic can be tricky. You need to follow the instructions on the pack of plastic - some of them need sanding and some donīt. Stamp the image with permanent ink and then use waxy pencils or artists permanent pens to colour your image. You can heat the plastic by placing it onto a ceramic tile and heating with your heat gun until shrunken. You can also heat it in the oven. I find the heat gun to be more efficient.
